The Pineapple toy is brand new, measuring approximately 17cm x 12cm x 7cm. It comes with 27 pieces that fit inside the body. The pieces can be used to form 24 different feelings, as shown in the 24 pineapple feelings photos.
The photo symbol book is 4 sides of A5 and includes 20 photo symbols of each different piece, to use for matching and for Picture Exchange requesting. It comes with an ‘I want..’ strip to encourage sentence requests.
The feelings symbols book is 4 sides of A5 and includes 24 picture icon symbols for each of the 24 feelings, to use for matching and for labelling feelings. It comes with an ‘I feel…’ strip to encourage sentences.
There are 3 lotto boards for the earliest feelings: happy, sad, angry, scared, excited, bored. There are 24 matching pictures, 6 each of a boy, a girl, and the pineapple showing these feelings.
Finally there are 4 pages (A5 size) of tips - including a separate help symbol - on how to use these resources to support children recognising and labelling feelings.
